I Need A Studio Pardner

I'm looking to get a bigger studio but don't need all the space.  Anyone interested in sharing a studio?

I'm NOT looking for a business partner or employee.

I'm already on the lease and will be staying in the same building...just moving to a bigger space.  700 sq ft with high ceilings in a secured building.
